What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop engaging, hands-on workshops that equip students with the skills to cultivate genuine social media followings.
  • Provide expert coaching on content strategy, harnessing AI tools to optimize from ideation to execution.
  • Mentor students in transforming their personal interests into influential, marketable brands.
  • Instill a data-driven mindset, focusing on meaningful metrics over vanity numbers.
  • Facilitate connections between students and key influencers and industry leaders.
  • Impart actionable, real-world strategies tailored for today's dynamic social media environment.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Rehashing outdated social media methods that no longer resonate.
  • Focusing on superficial metrics like mere likes and follows.
  • Managing the school's social media channels.
  • Getting bogged down with routine administrative tasks.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement for individuals, businesses, or clients.
  • Experience in building and nurturing online communities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest social media trends and effective practices.
  • Hands-on proficiency with content creation and AI-based platforms.
  • Exceptional coaching abilities, with a knack for motivating and inspiring Gen Z.
  • Demonstrated success in elevating your own online presence.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX, with relocation assistance available.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
