Job summary

5IVE is an on-site design role in Minneapolis seeking an experienced Designer with strong graphic and web design expertise to lead a diverse portfolio of projects. Translate strategy into user-centered, visually compelling design informed by data.

You will collaborate across disciplines to create design systems, brand identities, digital experiences, and campaigns, mentoring junior staff and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• 5+ years of professional industry experience.
• Experience with mission-driven or socially conscious organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into cohesive brand and digital experiences.
• Lead the design of digital products from discovery through UX/UI to delivery.
• Present design concepts and articulate creative rationale to teams and clients.
• Contribute to research and insights that inform design decisions.
