Job summary

Cadence is a clinical AI company transforming chronic disease care. We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to champion the Cadence brand visually across presentations, materials, web touchpoints, reports and print collateral.

You will translate clinical outcomes and AI capabilities into credible visuals for health system leaders, partners, and investors. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and storytelling, shaping how Cadence is perceived in market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand design and visual design.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility design initiatives with minimal direction.
• Experience designing executive presentations, board materials, and enterprise sales narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and execution of high-impact executive presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, and enterprise storytelling materials.
• Translate complex clinical data, AI capabilities, and operational outcomes into clear, visually compelling slides and visuals.
• Own and improve Cadence's brand guidelines into a scalable system across digital and print communications.
• Build and maintain presentation templates, asset libraries, and lightweight design systems.
• Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Clinical teams to produce enterprise-ready materials.
