This role offers the opportunity to lead the evolution of a brand’s visual identity while driving large-scale campaigns, brand systems, and immersive experiences. You will work across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints, crafting compelling storytelling that resonates with audiences. This position allows for mentorship of other designers, shaping creative execution and processes, while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker with expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, capable of influencing design direction and elevating brand consistency across all channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation, attention to detail, and thoughtful design leadership drive impactful results.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and evolution of brand identity across campaigns, events, digital assets, and marketing initiatives.
  • Concepting and executing visual storytelling for high-impact brand campaigns that align with business strategy.
  • Creating visually compelling designs and guiding scalable creative approaches across teams, vendors, and collaborators.
  • Managing the execution of complex design projects, including campaigns, concepts, asset development, and event materials.
  • Ensuring design consistency, high fidelity, and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Mentoring and providing constructive feedback to other designers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill growth.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, production, and external partners to ensure designs meet strategic and creative goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand, visual storytelling, and experiential design.
  • Proven success with brand campaigns, visual narratives, and identity systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in visual design and art direction.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and design principles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to align creative direction with strategic business needs.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding designers, with the ability to influence through collaboration and feedback.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies.
  • Familiarity with working alongside production teams, developers, and external vendors.
