Acushnet Company invites a Lead Designer to shape the visual expression of Titleist, Vokey, and Scotty Cameron brands from Oceanside, CA. You will collaborate with creatives, marketers, and product experts to bring stories to life through digital, print, social, retail, and experiential campaigns.

You will translate strategies into compelling visuals, oversee complex projects, and mentor peers while maintaining brand integrity and production-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 8+ years of graphic design experience across digital, print, and large-format media.
• Strong portfolio showing brand-focused design and storytelling.
• Experience leading projects from concept to final execution.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex creative projects for Titleist, Vokey, and Scotty Cameron campaigns.
• Translate marketing strategies into visual communications across digital, print, and social media.
• Mentor designers and streamline workflows to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure brand consistency, design craft, and production-ready assets.
