Job summary

Titleist, part of Acushnet Company, is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer for a contract opportunity in Oceanside, CA. You will shape the visual expression of Titleist brands across digital, print, social, and experiential marketing campaigns.

Based in our branded content studio, you will collaborate with creatives, marketers, and product experts to bring product stories to life, lead complex projects, and mentor junior designers. Strong portfolio and 8+ years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of graphic design experience across digital, print, and large-format media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence, strategic thinking, and brand-focused design.
• Experience leading projects from concept through final execution while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Expertise in visual storytelling, typography, file management, and print and digital production.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the visual expression of Titleist brands across digital, print, social, retail, and experiential campaigns.
• Lead execution of complex creative projects and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Mentor fellow designers and establish efficient workflows for content development.
• Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to translate marketing strategies into visual communications.
• Travel up to 10% to support campaigns and events.
