Job summary

0x is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate the visual identity across 0x and Matcha, balancing high-end craft with scalable marketing deliverables. You will shape brand guidelines, create compelling sales assets, and own web and social visuals with overlap into US Pacific hours.

You’ll bring 4+ years in brand design, a portfolio across web, social, and sales, and a track record of extending visual identities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto/DeFi or emerging tech.
• A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
• A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components.
• Fluency with AI design tools, and using them to raise speed and quality.
• Experience partnering with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to defend design decisions.
• Bias for action: you get things done and adapt quickly to priorities.
• Alignment with core values and willingness to travel for annual team offsites.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the 0x and Matcha visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets for 0x: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits.
• Design web pages for 0x and Matcha, including landing pages and product pages.
• Design social graphics for 0x and Matcha.
• Lead campaigns from concept through final assets.
• Build brand and marketing templates and components for non-designers across campaigns, social and sales materials.
• Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.
