Tower 28 is seeking a Senior Designer to evolve its visual identity with a sharp eye for typography, graphic language, and brand expression across digital and physical experiences.

The role requires hands-on design across packaging, retail, and print, with experience elevating brand touchpoints. Hybrid work in Los Angeles, reporting to the Design Director and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG brands.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Portfolio showing distinctive graphic point of view and elevated taste.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Tower 28's visual identity with typography, graphic language, and brand expression.
• Concept and execute bold creative for 360 campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
• Own digital assets for DTC and retail channels including Sephora and retailer assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and present design concepts to senior stakeholders.
