Job summary

Tower 28 Beauty is hiring a Senior Designer to lead the evolution of our visual identity with a sharp eye for typography and brand language across digital and physical touchpoints.

You will craft bold, elevated design for 360 campaigns, product launches, and packaging, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers. The role is based in Los Angeles with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG brands.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio shows a distinctive graphic point of view with elevated taste and execution.
• Strong typographic skills and understanding of visual hierarchy and systems.
• Experience designing for digital channels: e-commerce, email, and social.
• Knowledge of print and production processes including dielines and vendor collaboration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; bonus for 3D tools.
• Experience developing retail graphics, packaging, and displays is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication; able to present concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Tower 28's visual identity with emphasis on typography and brand expression.
• Design across 360 campaigns, product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
• Translate brand strategy into scalable visual systems for all channels.
• Own digital assets for DTC and retail, including site assets, banners, and emails.
• Create paid and organic social content, including templates and carousels.
• Support packaging, retail displays, and physical brand touchpoints through production.
• Collaborate across teams, present concepts to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers.
