Accenture Song is seeking a Senior Designer to shape and evolve brand identities, design systems, and visual ecosystems across touchpoints. You will lead concept development, define visual territories, and mentor junior designers while embedding AI-enabled content workflows into scalable brand design processes.

You will present ideas to clients, collaborate with strategists, copywriters, motion, and tech teams, and deliver long-term brand foundations beyond campaigns.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates concept-driven brand identity work and cohesive visual systems.
• 6+ years in an agency, design studio, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Champion clients’ brand identities and ensure consistency and creative excellence.
• Lead development of concept-driven brand identities and scalable design systems.
• Define forward-thinking art direction frameworks for photography, image-making, and content ecosystems across brand platforms.
• Translate strategic narratives into distinctive, ownable visual languages across digital, physical, and content environments.
• Collaborate across strategy, copy, motion, and technology to build holistic brand experiences.
• Balance multiple projects and deliver compelling creative solutions on tight deadlines.
• Elevate art direction capabilities, especially in photography and AI-enabled image creation.
