About the role :
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Brand Designer who specializes in web design and CMS development to join the Design Team and take ownership of every surface outside the core product - including our website, landing pages, and the brand assets behind them. You'll also contribute to marketing collateral and other visual brand work. This is a high-impact role with plenty of autonomy and room to shape how the world sees You.com. You'll work closely with the Design, Marketing, and Product teams.
Responsibilities : Design and develop responsive web experiences using Webflow and other CMS platforms - upholding brand consistency and UX standards Create and manage reusable components and templates to streamline content updates and site maintenance Design user flows and information architecture with a focus on the complete journey - from entry points to actions and next steps Build rapid prototypes to explore and communicate concepts, iterating quickly based on feedback Collaborate closely with designers, content teams, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive experiences Document web design standards and best practices to ensure consistency across digital properties Create wireframes and evolve them into high-fidelity designs - reusing existing components and knowing when to introduce new ones Partner with Marketing and Design to bring the brand vision to life across all surfaces Develop and evolve our brand across channels, campaigns, and touchpoints Deliver best-in-class design solutions across brand, marketing, and product Contribute to improving processes that increase speed and efficiency Qualifications :
A systematic mindset, with a strong grasp of component-based design systems The ability to independently drive projects while seeking feedback and collaborating cross-functionally A strong commitment to accessibility standards and universal design principles A solid understanding of responsive design principles A high bar for design quality - without falling into perfectionism Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams Confidence in articulating and defending design decisions to leadership Excellent communicators, collaborators, and storytellers Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.
