As part of the Design Studio, you will be responsible for bringing Qonto's brand visuals to life and driving high engagement in a multicultural environment.

As a guardian of the brand, you will ensure that Qonto's identity not only aligns with global standards but also resonates deeply with local market nuances.

Collaborating with local marketing teams, you'll craft memorable one-off events, create engaging content to animate communities, and co-develop editorial visuals for established channels like newsletters as well as emerging platforms like TikTok. By elevating one of the brand's most visible assets, you'll reach hundreds of thousands of people. Your efforts will elevate our marketing assets to the next level, scaling them across our eight markets: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, and Belgium.

You'll work closely with Eduardo, our Brand Design Team Lead, to create impactful designs that enhance brand awareness and support top-of-funnel marketing efforts that complement our sales team's lead generation strategies.

Manage event design projects end-to-end, from concept to delivery, creating comprehensive brand narratives including teasers, booth designs, activation, merchandising, flyers, and post-event communications;

Cross-coordinate with local marketing stakeholders across our eight markets, supporting event and content managers to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions;

Nourish your creative thinking by conducting market research and benchmarking, creating solution catalogs to support design trade-offs and ensure alignment with business objectives;

Contribute to continuously improving our design system, library and standards, helping to step up in quality and scale solution across all markets and assets.

What you can expect

• Join a dynamic design team of seven talented professionals deeply involved in creating visual assets for local marketing initiatives, particularly for events that generate brand awareness and support lead generation.

• Embrace ownership and teamwork as each team member independently manages their projects and stakeholder relationships, with the freedom to bring their creative approach to design projects, focusing on storytelling and concept creation.

• Work hand in hand with a variety of profiles and expertise internally, including System Designers, Copywriters, Product Marketing Managers as well as externally with content creator agencies, influencers, video production companies, interior architect firms for booth design and more.

Push the craft beyond traditional boundaries with AI and achieve new heights of creativity.

His path? Eduardo is a multidisciplinary branding expert and team leader. He has worked in the branding, marketing, start-ups, and advertising industries within creative, culture, content & experience from hyper-local to global projects. Now, he is leading the Marketing Brand Design Team at Qonto with the help of his talented brand designers.

What can he bring to the team?Upon joining Qonto, Eduardo committed himself to guiding and inspiring his team to create perfectly crafted visuals, meaningful concepts, and coherent solutions to solve complex problems. Besides Social Media, his scope also comprises leading the team to develop assets for our blog, CRM, local marketing initiatives, and partnerships (FR, IT, DE, ES). He will be the perfect manager to help you grow in your understanding of Social Media, Brand Design, Design Systems & Management.

About You

Visual design expertise & language skills: With more than four years in a multidisciplinary design field, you have strong technical skills, can craft high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines, and are fluent in English to engage with all international team members.

Creative storytelling: You have a strong ability to convert complex ideas into compelling visual concepts, with experience creating narratives across digital and physical brand touchpoints

Event design experience: You've worked on designing materials for events, understanding how to create cohesive visual experiences from pre-event teasers to on-site materials and post-event communications

Stakeholder management: You excel at working with diverse stakeholders and can effectively manage relationships with teams across multiple markets

Nice to have: Proficiency in German and skills in Artificial Intelligence.
