Job summary

Vireo Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer / Brand Creative Lead for CON-CRET to shape the next chapter of the brand. You will partner with the Creative Director and an external agency to bring brand strategy to life across campaigns, ecommerce, packaging, and events.

This senior individual-contributor role offers ownership, mentorship to junior designers, and the chance to drive visual systems, typography, and design rationale while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in agency, in-house, or consumer brand environments.
• Strong portfolio showing craft, typography, composition and cohesive visual systems.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to final execution.
• Ability to translate strategy and messaging into compelling creative.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex design projects from concept through final production and launch.
• Develop cohesive visual systems and channel-ready creative from brand strategy.
• Extend campaigns across ecommerce, digital, social, retail, packaging and events.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and external agencies on brand overhaul.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers when appropriate.
• Maintain high standards for typography, layout, imagery, and consistency.
