Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of brand management, or creative experience, with demonstrated expertise in building and evolving brand positioning.
• 5+ years as a brand strategist, brand lead, or senior creative strategist in an agency, brand team, or equivalent in-house role.
• 4+ years leading brand for cross-functional campaigns and partnering with creative teams through complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative strategies with limited guidance in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the brand lead for the Developer Marketing team’s innovation programs, aligning campaigns with AWS brand positioning.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative guidelines for developer audiences.
• Partner with Developer Advocate team and Marketing leads to shape narratives and ensure brand alignment from ideation to execution.
• Elevate creative quality and ensure brand consistency across initiatives targeting the developer audience.
• Develop brand measurement frameworks and scorecards to track health, sentiment, and preference among developers.
