• 7-10 years of commercial law experience in a tech or BPaaS context.
• Experience structuring, negotiating BPaaS/BPO or managed services agreements.
• Familiarity with URAC, NCQA or similar regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and close BPaaS/BPO and related commercial contracts.
• Lead counsel on BPaaS engagements, including SLAs and data rights.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, IT, Security on contracting matters.
• Monitor data privacy, delegated-function regulations and compliance needs.
• Support acquisitions and due diligence; develop templates for BPaaS MSAs/SOWs.
