Job summary

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seeks an experienced Border Patrol Agent (GS-13) to rejoin the frontlines. The role targets protecting America’s borders, supporting the D.C.

Safe and Beautiful Task Force, and leveraging prior CBP experience for quick reintegration and training opportunities. Applicants must be proficient in Spanish, comply with firearms qualifications, and be willing to work rotating shifts with possible overtime and travel across USBP sectors.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Spanish (read/write/speak).
• Experience in law enforcement or related field preferred.
• Ability to pass a thorough background investigation and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Detect and apprehend individuals attempting to unlawfully enter the United States.
• Enforce immigration and customs laws while patrolling borders by land, air, and sea.
• Participate in training and adhere to DHS and CBP policies.
