Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 3 in the EAIS unit to lead enterprise integration architecture, focusing on Boomi AtomSphere and API-led patterns.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to review solutions, drive architecture strategy, identify risks, and contribute to proposals for successful project delivery. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise integration/middleware, specifically Boomi AtomSphere.
• Experience architecting complex integration solutions at enterprise scale (real-time, batch, event-driven, API-led).
• Hands-on experience with B2B/EDI integrations (trading partner management, AS2/SFTP/VAN, X12/EDIFACT).
• Knowledge of Boomi components (Connectors, Process Canvas, Maps, Profiles, API Management, Atom/Molecule/Cloud).
• Experience leading integration architecture for ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite).
• Understanding of API/web services technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL).
• Understanding integration security (OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, PGP, cert management).
• Stakeholder management and communication with leadership levels.

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders
• Review, propose, and develop solution architecture, ensuring application design aligns with the proposed framework and which are scalable, reliable and maintainable
• Assess and recommend suitable technologies, tools and platforms for implementation as a part of architectural design, to meet business requirements
• Review technical solutions and develop strategies for integration with different technologies and systems, to ensure seamless communication and data flow
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases while promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts
• Provide specialized insights to development team and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing successful execution of projects
• Identify potential risks in the system landscape, monitor system performance and suggest optimization initiatives in line with business requirements and long-term objectives
• Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge base to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to architectural solutions, for successfully delivering the proposed solutions

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Enterprise integration/middleware, specifically on Boomi AtomSphere.
• Experience architecting complex Application Integration solutions (real-time, batch, event-driven, API-led patterns) at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on experience with B2B/EDI integrations - trading partner management, AS2/SFTP/VAN connectivity, X12/EDIFACT standards, and B2B document mapping.
• Knowledge of Boomi components: Connectors, Process Canvas, Maps, Profiles, API Management, Atom/Molecule/Cloud architecture, and environment management.
• Experience leading integration architecture for major ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, etc.).
• Understanding of API/web services technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL.
• Understanding of integration security (OAuth 2.0, SSL/TLS, PGP encryption, certificate management).
• Stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence technical strategy at leadership level.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Hands-on experience migrating integrations from MuleSoft to Boomi
• Boomi certifications (Professional Developer, Architect).
• Experience with Boomi API Management/API Gateway, MDM, Flow, or Event Streams.
• Prior hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (flows, APIs, DataWeave) - useful for migration/assessment work.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, retail/supply chain) with B2B compliance needs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for integration deployments.
• Prior experience as an enterprise integration architect leading multi-platform iPaaS consolidation initiatives.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
