Mobile Maintenance in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The candidate will manage daily bookkeeping, AR/AP, and quickbooks-based processes to ensure accurate financial records.

The role requires at least 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience with hands-on AR and AP responsibilities and strong QuickBooks proficiency. The position is full-time with standard business hours in New Braunfels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience with bank and account reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities using QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and account balances.
• Handle the full Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including customer invoicing, payments, account reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Handle the full Accounts Payable (AP) process, including vendor invoices, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliation.
• Enter and categorize financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, AR, and AP reconciliations.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections.
• Review and process vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting summaries for management.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
• Assist with payroll, tax preparation, audits, and other accounting projects as needed.
