Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus three years of related boiler/pressure vessel experience.
• Excellent public relation skills preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with good moral character and no felony convictions.
• Ability to obtain Missouri boiler/pressure vessel commission within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct periodic boiler/pressure vessel inspections in assigned counties.
• Make engineering calculations and recommendations to correct unsafe conditions.
• Prepare inspection reports in a web-based system describing conditions and recommendations.
• Conduct accident investigations related to boilers and pressure vessels and complete required reports.
• Provide presentations as requested.
