Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and three years trade experience directly related to the area of employment.
• EPA-approved Freon recovery certification required for some positions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers and associated equipment.
• Operate high pressure steam and hot water boilers, pumps, valves, regulators, steam traps, pipefitting, cleaning and painting.
• Maintain safe operation and keep boiler room clean and orderly.
• Check boiler operation daily and maintain logs.
