Job summary
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is hiring a Burner Technician for a role in a mechanical contracting environment.
The starting wage ranges from $40 to $65 per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus retirement and savings plans. The Burner Technician will read blueprints, diagnose and repair boiler systems and controls, operate steam and hydronic piping, and maintain safety and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade schooling.
- 5+ years of hands-on burner and boiler service experience; licensing is a plus.
- Skilled in reading blueprints and electrical systems.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing boiler systems and controls.
- Proficient with gauges and meters to verify specifications.
- Knowledge of single- and dual-pipe steam and hydronic systems.
- Strong communication and thorough records management.
- Strict adherence to industry safety standards.
