Allstate is seeking a Senior Claim Advisor, Bodily Injury to join our team. You will investigate and settle Bodily Injury claims, assessing coverage, liability, and damages while following quality guidelines.

The role involves remote/territorial responsibilities with collaboration across departments to ensure timely, fair settlements. Ideal candidates bring BI claims experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex files.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Bodily Injury claims, including moderately to highly complex files.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on customer service.

Responsabilités

• Interpret insurance policy wordings and maintain updated files.
• Investigate losses for valid coverage and coordinate with Underwriting.
• Determine liability and quantum for claims with moderate to high complexity.
• Maintain reserves based on exposure and comply with service standards.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and collaborate with defense counsel on litigation files.
