Job summary

BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead and expand our ABA services, joining a BCBA-led, child-focused team known for collaboration and high standards of care. This leadership role offers growth and meaningful client programming.

You will oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings, supervise RBTs and junior BCBAs, and ensure plans meet client goals while fostering continuous learning and quality care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years (preferred 5) as BCBA or equivalent.
  • Must maintain BCBA in good standing.
  • Current certification or eligibility for LBA.
  • Supervisor status under BACB.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community.
  • Guide RBTs and junior BCBAs; ensure treatment plans meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and service providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Support staff development through feedback and training.
  • Assist in clinic oversight and program development.

Job description

We’reseeking a Senior BCBA to take on a leadership role, expanding our reach while contributing to a dynamic, supportive team known for innovation, teamwork, and high standardsof care.

Total Compensation Package from $85,000 to $112,000 annually.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.

  • Salary Range: $85,000 to $90,000
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Earn up to $1,000 per month, up to $12,000 per year!
  • Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • CEUs: 12 CEUs per year + Annual CEU Stipend + CASP Membership
  • Relocation Packages available
Work Life Balance
  • Work from Home Days: 3 work-from-home days per month.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
  • Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support an average of 7 clients.
  • 27 days off: Includes holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex holidays.

Skills & Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years (Preferred 5 years) of experience working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent required.
  • Must maintainBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
  • Current certification or eligibility to hold LBA certification
  • Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping children achieve their full potential in diverse environments
  • Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to commute to: CITY, STATE, ZIP. R eliablycommute or willing to relocatewith an employer-provided relocation assistancepackage
