BrightPath Behavior is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead and expand our ABA services, joining a BCBA-led, child-focused team known for collaboration and high standards of care. This leadership role offers growth and meaningful client programming.
You will oversee clinical services across clinic, home, and community settings, supervise RBTs and junior BCBAs, and ensure plans meet client goals while fostering continuous learning and quality care.

Total Compensation Package from $85,000 to $112,000 annually.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary and performance bonuses.
