Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism. You will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure high-quality care across sessions.

You will collaborate closely with families to set measurable goals, monitor progress, and celebrate growth, delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for role.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering supervision to clinical staff.
• Ability to collaborate with families and caregivers to set goals and monitor progress.

Responsibilities
