Job summary

Lyten, Inc. is looking for an experienced engineer to lead the BMS hardware design for lithium-based UAV battery packs. You will be responsible for developing schematics, overseeing PCB layouts, and validating protection strategies.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and over 6 years of experience in BMS hardware design is required. The position offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $128,200 to $192,400 plus additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BMS hardware or power electronics design.
• Deep understanding of lithium-ion / lithium-polymer battery systems.
• Experience bringing hardware from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Own BMS hardware architecture for lithium-based UAV battery packs.
• Design schematics and guide PCB layout.
• Develop and validate protection and control strategies.
