Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect and deliver large-scale warehouse management solutions in complex supply chains. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, shape strategy with senior client stakeholders, drive pre-sales, and ensure scalable, secure WMS designs with multi-system interoperability across ERP, TMS, WCS/MHE and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Blue Yonder/WMS architecture, design, or implementation experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading large, complex WMS or supply chain transformation programs in a client-facing/delivery lead capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Bonus points for deep knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS and integration with ERP/Host, TMS, OMS, and WCS/MHE.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, lead pilots, and design scalable WMS solutions with minimal complexity.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, and automation systems.
• Provide architectural governance and design assurance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead delivery of complex BY WMS programs, including configuration, testing, deployment, training, cutover, and hypercare.
