Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to advise and deliver across complex BY WMS programs. You will lead technical engagements, mentor delivery teams, and contribute to practice development. Travel may be required.

The role requires deep BY WMS experience, MOCA/SQL/API-based integration, and Java development, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, design architectures, and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS experience and ability to design and deliver per specifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of Blue Yonder development practices including MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery across complex, multi-site or multi-workstream BY WMS programs.
• Lead workshops and reviews with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Define architectures and align with client requirements and constraints.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants in the discipline.
• Contribute to practice development with accelerators and reusable assets.
• Support business development activities including pre-sales, demos, scoping, and SOW input.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and delivery best practices.
