Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years with blockchain technologies or digital asset platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and/or Python with hands-on experience building production microservices using Spring Boot, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and cryptographic primitives relevant to digital asset custody.
• Experience designing policy engines or rule-based authorization for financial workflows.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, KMS) and Terraform/CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and secure API design (OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS).
• Observability and monitoring expertise with Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop a production-grade digital asset custody and wallet orchestration platform.
• Implement secure key management using MPC and distributed key generation.
• Build policy engines with multi-signature and multi-approval workflows.
• Develop multi-chain wallet capabilities across Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, and Polygon.
• Manage full lifecycle of blockchain transactions, including fee estimation and idempotent retries.
• Implement event-driven architectures and real-time blockchain notifications.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and microservices with OAuth 2.0 and JWT-based security.
• Integrate with compliance and risk systems; ensure audit trails and observability.
• Architect for high availability, DR, and scalable deployments on AWS (EKS/ECS) with IaC.
• Collaborate with product and security teams to translate requirements into designs.
