Innova Solutions seeks a Senior Blockchain Engineer to shape the future of our digital assets platform. The role involves backend engineering, tokenized asset support, and enterprise software integration.

The successful candidate will have 5–10 years in digital assets, experience with blockchain networks, wallet and key management, and a background in financial services technology. This is a hybrid, on‑site and remote role based in NJ with W‑2 engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Digital Assets or Blockchain Platform Engineer.
• Blockchain engineering experience is required.
• Experience with digital assets and/or tokenized assets.
• Understanding of Tokenization / Token Assets.
• Experience with Wallet Management.
• Knowledge of public/private key management.
• Experience connecting to public or private blockchain networks.
• Understanding of validator nodes or blockchain node connectivity.
• Enterprise-level experience is preferred.
• Backend/platform engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and support a digital assets platform with connectivity to blockchain networks.
• Contribute to back-office financial markets technology for settlement and processing.
• Collaborate to shape strategy and direction for technology in digital assets.
