Job summary

Technical Link LLC is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer focused on BLE controller development. You will design, implement, verify, and document firmware for BLE controllers and SDKs, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in C/C++, Python, FreeRTOS, and experience with BLE Link Layer, plus hands-on wireless tech exposure (802.15.4/OpenThread). On-site role in Texas.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in firmware design, implementation, and testing.
• 3+ years Bluetooth/BLE controller development (Link Layer).
• Hands-on experience with wireless tech such as 802.15.4 or OpenThread is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out systems analysis, specification, design, implementation, verification, characterization, qualification, and documentation of BLE controller and SDK.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders inside the company and with key customers throughout product development.
• Develop and maintain firmware for bare-metal environments and drivers (SPI, I2C, UART).
• Ensure quality through adherence to development methodologies and processes.
