In this senior role, you will play a key part in delivering high-impact blade engineering services and insights to major wind energy stakeholders. From damage analysis to repair oversight and customer collaboration, your technical expertise will directly influence decision-making and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:

  • Manage blade asset health using internal platforms, ensuring effective damage assessment, prioritization, and monitoring recommendations.
  • Guide customers through inspection reviews, repair strategies, and high-level analysis of critical failures.
  • Develop and validate repair budgets, recommend inspection strategies, and provide input on repair campaign planning.
  • Review and validate repair reports for accuracy, documentation standards, and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Provide engineering support for repair vendor management, including estimates, project oversight, and real-time guidance.
  • Collaborate with customers on technical assessments and deliverables, producing precise, actionable reports and insights.
  • Support the sales team by identifying and scoping new blade asset management opportunities with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in blade engineering within wind energy (OEM, owner/operator, or ISP environments).
  • Deep expertise in blade design, manufacturing processes, and repair techniques.
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats; capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams across time zones and maintain a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Bonus: Master’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science; experience in consulting, startups, or software services.
