Job summary

Kincell Bio, LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex client programs spanning biologics development and GMP manufacturing within a collaborative project-management team.

The role requires partnering with Quality, MSAT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive program delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor junior managers toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; PMP or advanced degree preferred.
6+ years managing multi-disciplinary pharma development/manufacturing projects.
Proven success leading cross-functional transfer and readiness programs in regulated GxP.
Strong GMP, validation, change control, and budgeting knowledge.
PRINCE2 or PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of complex projects including CAPEX, tech transfers, and readiness programs.
Develop integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain, IT, Regulatory/CMC, and Commercial.
Maintain schedules, dashboards, risk logs, and governance.
Mentor junior project managers and improve processes.
