Job summary

Kincell Bio is seeking a highly motivated Microbiology Technician Lead for our Gainesville, FL site to support day‑to‑day environmental monitoring and QC testing in a GMP environment. You will mentor staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure data integrity across microbiology activities.

Responsibilities include sterility testing, endotoxin, and growth promotion assays, plus troubleshooting equipment and supporting investigations while collaborating with QA, Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant GMP microbiology laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership for microbiology and environmental monitoring.
• Coordinate workload, prioritize QC testing, investigations and lab activities to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as primary backup for microbiology testing and maintain proficiency in sterile and environmental assays.
