Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to join a premier biotechnology organization in Juncos, PR. The role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, and driving data-driven improvements across pilot plants and operations.

The candidate should have a Master’s in Engineering (or a Bachelor's with 4+ years) and solid GMP/GLP knowledge, with strength in data analytics and dashboard tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing processes and GMP/GLP standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboard development, visualization tools.
• Knowledge of GMP documentation, validation, change control, and manufacturing data systems.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Power Automate, VBA or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze complex data to drive data-based decisions and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and implement process improvements and system modifications.
• Support capital projects and manufacturing operations enhancements.
