Job summary

Kite Pharma is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Biostatistics to provide statistical support across clinical development and real-world evidence generation for its cell therapy portfolio. You will partner with Real-World Evidence, Statistical Programming, Clinical Operations, and Data Management to drive regulatory submissions and strategic decision-making.

The role requires a PhD or PharmD with strong expertise in biostatistics, SAS and R, and a track record in oncology or cell

Qualifications

• PhD or PharmD required.
• Experience in hematology, oncology, immuno-oncology, cell therapy or related modalities is preferred.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and health authority interactions is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of biostatistics and trial methodology in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for clinical trials and evidence-generation activities across Kite’s cell therapy programs.
• Lead study design and analysis, including protocol development, endpoints, sample size, and interim analyses.
• Support regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, and study reports.
• Contribute to scientific communications via publications and presentations.
• Represent Biostatistics in governance forums, ensuring rigor and reproducibility.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current with regulatory guidance and oncology methods.
