Qualifications

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech statistics experience.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Strong programming using SAS or R.
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM/ADaM models.
• Experience with CRO/vendor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead biostatistics for a clinical program and advise on statistical activities.
• Oversee day-to-day biostatistics work, timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to protocol development, SAP, and clinical study reports.
• Apply advanced statistics for innovative trial designs and data displays.
• Ensure rigorous statistical methodology and scientific integrity.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, RD&D, Regulatory, and other teams.
• Support regulatory submissions, briefing books, and integrated summaries.
• Support presentations and publications of trial results.
• Help develop department SOPs and standard practices.
• Assist Head of Biostatistics with budgeting and resourcing.
