Penfield Search Partners Ltd seeks a Director/Senior Director, Medical Affairs Biostatistics to lead statistical strategy for publications, congress presentations, and external collaborations within Medical Affairs.

Role requires PhD with 8+ years (or MS with 15+ years) in pharma/biotech biostatistics, expert publication planning, and proficiency in R and/or SAS; remote work with some travel and strong cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with extensive pharma/biotech experience.
• Publication-focused biostatistics expertise required.
• Proficiency in R and/or SAS; strong publication record.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical and programming efforts for medical publications and congress presentations.
• Provide statistical input to Medical Affairs strategy and publication planning.
• Guide design and analysis of investigator-initiated and collaborative studies.
• Develop and maintain Supplemental SAPs.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, Translational Medicine, and Project Management.
• Develop exploratory analyses to generate scientific insights and evidence-generation opportunities.
• Support RWE and HEOR initiatives as needed.
• Serve as primary biostatistics contact for Medical Affairs.
