The PREVENT Institute within The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Statistics and Biostatistics Analyst 3 to provide advanced statistical leadership for prevention science and population health research. The role collaborates with investigators across disciplines to design, analyze, and disseminate complex studies, including health equity and implementation science projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in statistical programming software including SAS and R.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating on externally funded research projects.
• Experience developing statistical analysis plans and conducting complex analyses independently.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced statistical consultation for diverse study types including clinical, translational, behavioral, and population health research.
• Design and implement complex analysis plans for prospective and retrospective studies.
• Lead analytic strategies for large observational studies, pragmatic trials, and implementation research.
• Develop methods for longitudinal, multilevel, survival, and causal inference analyses.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for healthcare systems and policy.
