You will lead a team of biostatisticians and data scientists, mentor staff, and participate in governance and education sessions. The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree, 5+ years of research statistics experience, and knowledge of GCP

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a research or related field involving statistical analyses is required; a Doctorate is also required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in research and statistical analysis; publication record is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate studies and plan statistical procedures independently (hypothesis tests, regression, meta-analysis, survival analysis).
• Prepare statistical reports and components of presentations, protocols, and manuscripts.
• Describe methods and results to statisticians and non-experts.
• Program datasets using SAS, R, SQL or Python; perform data cleaning and QC.
• Serve on institutional committees (e.g., DSMB) and present biostatistics education sessions.
• Lead and supervise biostatisticians and data scientists; mentor junior staff.
