The role requires hands-on programming in R and/or SAS, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong communication to cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in regulated healthcare or medical device environment.
• Experience applying statistical methods to product development or clinical research.
• Proficient in R and/or SAS programming, documentation, and validation.
• Experience solving statistical challenges independently.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with technical report writing and presenting findings.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Design, plan, analyze, and interpret studies and experiments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to study protocols and regulatory documentation.
• Develop and maintain statistical analysis plans.
• Program, document, validate, and maintain statistical code in R/SAS.
• Apply appropriate statistical methodologies to standard and complex challenges.
• Prepare clear statistical reports for internal and external audiences.
• Deliver analyses and insights supporting project milestones across products.
• Stay current with emerging methods and regulatory requirements.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to publications or communications.
