Hill Research in Boston seeks a Senior Biostatistician to own statistical thinking end-to-end—from design to interpretation—and to author deliverables, not merely review others’ work.

You will collaborate with AI and software engineers to bring TriClick™ to real clinical programs, using SAS or R, and applying SDTM/ADaM with regulatory expectations. This role offers autonomy and direct impact on product delivery.

Qualificações

• Hands-on trial statistics experience with independent design
• Experience authoring major statistical deliverables (SAPs, analysis specs, TLF shells)

Responsabilidades

• Author SAPs, analysis specifications, TLF shells, and study documentation end-to-end.
• Own design, endpoints, estimands, analysis methods, missing data, and sensitivity analyses.
• Review AI-generated work for statistical sense and traceability before release.
• Write and modify SAS or R code using AI-assisted tools; debug and validate analyses.
• Collaborate with AI and software engineers to translate statistical intent into product behavior.
• Apply SDTM/ADaM standards from data to TLF production.
