Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Senior Algorithm and Machine Learning engineer to design, train, validate, and deploy biosignal-based models for sleep, neurological, and psychiatric therapy development. You’ll work with data scientists, clinicians, and engineers to deliver production-ready algorithms with strong documentation, testing, and client-facing impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ML/DL in health sciences or regulated fields.
• Proven track record of bringing algorithms into production.
• Proficient in PyTorch or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle from scoping to production and documentation.
• Select and implement appropriate methods, knowing when to apply deep learning.
• Enhance internal ML tools and models to boost team efficiency and experimentation.
• Ensure algorithms are well-documented, tested (unit and non-regression), and reproducible.
• Present results to stakeholders and support client engagements with Beacon algorithms.
