Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on BIOS development experience.
• Strong experience developing UEFI BIOS; modern UEFI required.
• Demonstrated experience personally developing BIOS and bringing up boards.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Huntsville, AL.
• Excellent collaboration with hardware and firmware teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize UEFI BIOS for new rugged embedded products.
• Perform BIOS bring-up on newly designed boards.
• Debug hardware/firmware issues during initial start-up.
• Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, IPMC and software engineers.
• Support interfaces such as USB, PCI Express, SATA, and other board functions.
• Take BIOS development from bring-up to production.
