Job summary

Catalent is hiring for a Technician II, Central Services in Harmans, MD. The role supports manufacturing processes, prepares batch records, and ensures GMP compliance on day shifts.

This onsite position requires solving operational tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strict data integrity. The candidate will assist with documentation, CAPAs, deviations, and process improvements, contributing to Phase I/II and commercial GMP manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2-4 years of GMP experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Scientific/Engineering/Biotech with 2-4 years GMP experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Scientific/Engineering/Biotech with 1-3 years GMP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and safety procedures; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain Batch Production Records and GMP documentation.
• Author, revise, and manage SOPs, batch records, deviations, CAPAs, and reports.
• Support technology transfer by partnering with Process Development and MS&T teams.
