Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services in Fishers, IN seeks a Senior Project Manager with proven leadership in aseptic manufacturing, tech transfers, or large product launches. You will lead global projects across multiple units, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities include applying formal PM processes, reporting to senior leadership, and partnering with Business Development to generate project plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total industry experience with at least 5 years in project management within biopharmaceutical manufacturing services.
• 3+ years of experience managing large budget and/or commercial projects.
• PMP/PgMP certification required or willingness to obtain it.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day project and team activities on global projects across multiple organizations and geographies.
• Ensure use of formal project and program management processes and tools.
• Interface with senior management on significant matters and coordinate activities across units.
• Develop teammates through training, feedback and guidance.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
