Trimedx in Louisville, KY is seeking a seasoned Biomedical Equipment Technician to lead complex equipment uptime, safety, and performance across clinical environments. You will diagnose advanced technical issues, advise clinicians, and guide project initiatives.

You bring 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience, an associate degree in electronics or equivalent, and the ability to travel as needed. Bachelor's degree and CBET certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting (required).
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair.
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred); CBET certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment uptime, safety, and performance.
• Solve advanced technical issues others can't, from system diagnostics to networked devices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy.
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team.
