Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Biomarker Operations to lead end-to-end biomarker programs across early and late-stage oncology trials. You will shape SOPs, manage budgets and timelines, oversee sample lifecycle, and coordinate with CDx and regulatory teams to ensure compliant data collection and testing.

The role requires a PhD or MS in life sciences, 10+ years in clinical research or related fields, and proven leadership in biomarker operations and team mentoring.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in life sciences or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or clinical research settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide biomarker operational leadership across Phase I–III oncology trials.
• Develop SOWs, budgets, timelines, and risk management for biomarker programs.
• Oversee sample lifecycle, data transfer specifications, and vendor qualification/contracting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CDx, regulatory, data management and QA.
• Mentor junior CBO Leads and ensure timely, high-quality CRO delivery.
