Novartis is seeking a Cardiovascular and Metabolism Biomarker Lead (TABL/Associate Director) to guide disease biomarker strategy across early and late CVM programs, collaborating with Translational Data Science and clinical teams to shape endpoints and precision medicine approaches for heart failure, atherosclerosis, obesity and atrial fibrillation.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD or equivalent with postdoc experience.
• Deep cardiovascular/metabolic disease knowledge and applications.
• Strong publication record in relevant fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary matrix teams in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in translational data science with omics and imaging.

Responsabilités

• Deliver biomarker strategies and plans across CVM portfolio.
• Lead matrixed SMEs and key stakeholders for biomarker strategies.
• Represent biomarker development on Disease Area boards for portfolio strategy.
• Lead translational data groups analyzing multi-modal datasets to identify subpopulations.
• Collaborate with BMD/TABL/TM units to drive cross-functional initiatives.
