Qualifications
- Ph.D. with 5+ years in pharma/biotech or MS with 7+ years.
- Experience leading development, validation and transfer of cell-based assays.
- Strong mammalian cell culture and protein characterization background.
- Experience with regulatory expectations for biological products.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, validation, and transfer of biological assays.
- Design and validate cell-based potency assays and protein characterization methods.
- Collaborate across functions and with CROs to meet milestones.
- Prepare technical reports for regulatory submissions.
