Job summary

You will design experiments, optimize processes, and collaborate across discovery, development, and manufacturing teams to scale novel biologics for patients. The role requires hands-on lab work, data analysis, and strong communication in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: BS with 4+ years, MS with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years in related fields.
• Experience designing and executing lab and/or in silico experiments.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Experience in upstream and/or downstream bioprocessing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and disruptive technologies for next-generation biologic manufacturing processes.
• Design and conduct lab and pilot-scale studies to support mechanism and transfer to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across research and manufacturing divisions.
• Coach and mentor junior scientists in experiments and data interpretation.
• Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
